Traffic signal setup

Nothing too special here, note though the sign in the picture has the highway shield on the sign itself, I notice Lubbock has that by default on their street signs, and I do like that. Traffic signals are sideways as usual, I think them being Horizontal is more common in the western side of Texas and they are more common vertical when you go east.
