There are more of these OVMs scattered around Raleigh (along with 115s and 325s). Perhaps Duke Energy installed them at one time. There are also Navion NED streetlights at some intersections that are probably owned by the city.

They aren't as common as they used to be because of LED Sad, but they are still common around Chapel Hill and Durham.

My city was STUFFED with these OVMs in HPS of 250 and 400 (and i think 200) watts. I miss them.

Cooper stuff is quite uncommon where I live, but I still know of a few lighting installations here with Cooper luminaires. I believe Raleigh at one time was one such place.
