I think its Holophane fixtures.
A lot are news since 2 years in CMH lamps.

It is actually quite likely a Lumec since Montreal seems to love Lumecs.

You're probably right, it's pretty similar looking!

The fixture was not dayburning when I took the pic. It was darker than it looks in the pic, several fixtures around had just turned on.
