thanks I live in the UK so I wonder if thay will ship to UK olso cood I order one with a 50Hz ballast for a 400W MH bulb

here is the catalog for this light
It may be cheaper to just put your own ballast in and just buy a spare housing. Someone here may be able to find you one with a dead ballast or something that they can remove and ship to you.
