FerroWatt 70w Carbon
Restore find. It's a modern version of the old carbon bulbs used before tungsten bulbs became popular. I can see why tungsten won out for general lighting though, this uses around 70w but it has the brightness of a 30w or so regular incandescent. O_o 

It's shown here running in a vapourtight fixture for that vintage look lol.

Thanks! Yeah I believe this one had a real carbon filament instead of a underdriven one. I have another vintage repro incandescent that has a underdriven tungsten filament with a yellowish bulb to emulate the same effect.
