GE M250A2 dayburner
It's been quite a while since I pictured any streetlight LOL

Here's the streetlight in front of my house. It's been dayburning since May or June I think!

I don't think I've seen any of these here in my area, we're using mostly Coopers and AEs here and before it was Powerlites and Westys.

There's a bunch of these in my area. Half of the streetlights, if not more, are actually M250A2s. and 95% are GE Cool

Yeah we don't have many GEs, have you reported this as dayburning? BTW when they replace all the lights with LED this is one model I would love to have (hint hint) Laughing

I don't even know who services the streetlights here LOL.

Looking on the tags on wooden poles should help

In the past years I tried to find who serviced streetlights here, the only infos I find were the pole manufacturers and the streetlights ID number, which aren't even used anymore Confused

My dad told me that the municipality calls a different contractor each time. I guess they wait to have a nice huge pile of complaints before calling a random contractor that happens to be available.

Yeah, my municipality's administration is REALLY bad xD Astonishingly bad... and not only on that very point.

Our electrical company has contractors working for them also....

UPDATE 1/24/11: They finally serviced that streetlight in the last few days. The dayburning multi-volt PC has been replaced by a red 240V unit. I don't know if the streetlight has been relamped.

I sure hope they relamped it while they where up there.....

Can you take a pic of the light now? I'm curiuos what a red PC looks like on a M-250A2...

Sure, I'm going to do it soon! Cool
