Howard 5w 4-pin 2G7 PL-S Lamp

Here is a cool little Howard PL-S lamp that I got for my birthday a couple of months back. It is 5 watts, but it has a 4-pin base rather than a 2-pin base with a built-in starter. Similar 7, 9, and 13-watt lamps are also made. These are pretty uncommon, though I believe Ray-o-Vac used the 9-watt versions in some of their fluorescent lanterns. This particular model is /841 4100K. Unfortunately, I don't have a ballast to run this, does anyone know of any? Possibly a 5-7-9w preheat choke with an FS-5 starter?
