Yep that's Rhode Island alright! IMO, if a ban is truely necessary, they should make a certain time... let's say 10PM... that all lit signage be shut off. I think it's rediculous prohibiting lit signage and how the person being interviewed mentioned Cranston as when they don't want to become. First of all, Cranston is a city while Hopkinton is just a tiny communtist village at the most. Secondly, i live in the western side of Cranston and i have to admit it's quite peaceful where i live.
