you said it! AWESOME! I love tose little preheaters. ;D BTW, if you want some more blinkiness, check out this video of my F13T5s starting up on preheat Robertson Ballasts! It's a lot better looking in person though since the lit early bird tubes blind the camera from seeing the late starting tubes blink. :(

if you put another light in the video that always stayes on it helps the camera not adjust so you can see the one that you want to see
