Well list all the fixtures you have! Let's exclude florescent fixtures and only go with Cobraheads or NEMA heads, or Shoebox fixtures. Induction is fine.

M-400 A2 Full Cutoff, 250 watts High Pressure Sodium, made in 1996.
M-400 A1 Full Cutoff, 400 watts High Pressure Sodium, made in 1982. (With M-400 R2 ballast)
M-400 R3 Full Cutoff, (Fitted with Old Model 25 Glass refractor) 400 watts High Pressure Sodium, made in 2007.
M-250 R2, 175 watts Metal Halide. Made with different parts, so no official date. Ballast bought on ebay.

Cooper Industries OV-15 or L-150 (Crouse Hinds branded) 175 watts Metal Halide/Mercury Vapor. Made in 1985. Currently has Universal ballast bought on Ebay.
Westinghouse-Cooper OV-25 Tudor, 250 watts High Pressure Sodium. Plastic refractor. Made in 1983
Westinghouse OV-15, 100 watts Mercury Vapor. Fitted with Holophane Glass refractor. Made in the 1970's
