Hey Ian I was thinking, I have a 250 watt HPS ballast just like yours that came out of one of my M250R2s, now the thing is that the fixture would not work when I powered it up (but I don't know if it is the ballast ignitor or capacitor, the ballast looks fine and my plan is to scrap it but if you want it to see if it works I'll send it to you for free plus shipping, please PM me ;)
