LEDs as an exterior lighting in Israel

Today In Israel, LEDs as an exterior lighting uses only for "color washing" and decoration lighting. For example many bridges on intercity roads and roads in Tel-Aviv and its neighborhoods have coloured LEDs strings and under them there is RGB LED coloured roadlighting from LEDs strings or floods made by Philips/Color Kinetics. But today we have no real white LED street lighting in Israel. Also RGB LED floodlight from Philips/Color Kinetics used to light up small recreation areas and building and also at a tourism areas. For example the RGB LED in the landscape observatory on Stela Maris in Haifa that change colors according to the time (For example holidays). Most of the time, they are operating in white mode.
By the way in a road in Shaar Haalia neighborhood in Haifa near the main highway that skips the city, there was a LED street lighting test with two flat LED street lights. These two LED street lights was i think 4000K and producted the same amount of light as a street light with 125W DX MV lamp. The municipality of Haifa after a few months replaced them with the former AEG Koffer 150 fixtures with 150W-250W HPS lamps.
