The Philips Cosmopolis? They are the incandescent-like color ceramic MH and have efficiency and life of a HPS as far as I know and remember......
Those are now being used in Chicago....they recently started using those and uses electronic ballast...
As far as I know, induction doesn't have sodium in it. They are basically like MV, with phosphor and argon....even more like a Fluorescent...
Looking at the picture, it looks like it's coming from a clear lamp source, instead of a phosphor....
But I have seen streetlight induction, but they are usually 4000K and 5000K using
those lamps But I have seen softer white induction but it would have more fluorescent appearance...and wouldn't have sodium...as far as I know...
