Title: E mail announcements

Whenever an E mail announcement is sent to me it sends it at least 3 times, sometimes up to 5 times, all the same e mail message.

I also have this problem. I simply delete the extra copies of the original email announcement, and the original announcement itself, i read.

LOL! You guys are lucky compared to me! I got 14 emails! YES! 14!

I just got 12 emails about the "show your soft side" post. THe reason is when Jace sends a message, sometimes it doesn't reach everbody. Therefore, he must send the message again. Sometimes it can take 14 times to send it to everybody.......

I got 3 emails, it's because when Jace sends a announcement, sometimes the server will overload and time out...etc so to ensure that everyone got the message he usually sends it out multiple times.

Joe is correct on this one, Sorry for this.....The host have a hard time sending bunch of them same time....so it normally send the first group of people...then it times out...and I have no way of finding out who got an email and who didn't!

It annoys me TOO! So I feel you all....but again it's not like I am shooting bullets into your hard drive ;-) (hehehehehehe)

I actually sent 2 separate ones so you probably get 6 of one and another 6 of another one! ;-)  one was a Newsletter one and the other one was a post announcement

The titles were different though, and I almost edited your post instead of quoting it.
