Poking Around streetview and i found THIS.

maybe not but it sure looked like one from this angle.

here's a link in a different angle of the same one.....security camera...but nice on attempt....the Form 175 is mounted on side slipfitter not from the top which I also see. Just a camera but yeah on one angle the shape did look like one, except it wasn't mounted like one, it is mounted on top on a arm just like camera. We have that type of camera all over Montgomery County in MD!

Also this thing in comparation of the car headlight shown is the same size...a Form 175 is a little bigger...I know because I own 2 of them ;-)

No problem....They are hard find....so I know what one would feel when one finds one! I know there was a group of high rise truss arms on metal poles that had GE Form 175 power packs in Philadelphia near a hospital. I am not sure if they are there anymore, I was there in around 2000. they weren't in the best condition...
