Here's an M-400, 400w MERCURY VAPOR! Ok, this M-400 only came in MV, but it's on a STATE HIGHWAY! Never thought I'd see this. There's a bunch of mercurys and are all in service. It's just like what my grandparents probably saw on I-95 when they were younger

is it grey or silver?

We have plenty in public roads...but we have NO MV on any highways in my state as far as I know....

I belive this is grey. This area (Middletown, Newport, Jamestown, etc,) is full of mercury vapor lights. Some of wich I'd never seen in person. This is on the other side of the Clayborne Pell Bridge (Neport Bridge), and is also in a sort od low key costal area, so they probably don't get to take these down. They are in service,  but wether or not they work is another story....
