Title: Date code for my GE R175 175 watt mercury vapor lamp

It reads "50", if anyone knows what it is please let me know, thanks.

One important thing we need to know...is what does the etch look like...what design? For sure its either 1980s or 1990s...but older than 1998 for sure...so I just need to know the etch design...

It's a General Electric with the logo in the middle between General and Electric . There's an etch on the base too B4G.
