Title: Can't upload new pictures...
Post by: lightingfan8902 on September 20, 2020, 11:37:12 PM
Theres a problem with the gallery upload. While I was uploading pics from my LG.net account the uploader gave me a critical error. Can you please fix the issue.

The gallery upload has always been wonky for me for a while. The multi picture upload never works for and I have to use the single file upload feature. However if you're uploading from LG, make sure that it's a public file (or download it and then upload) as I don't think the site works with private LG pictures.

I usually download my pictures from LG.net and then upload it to here.

UPDATE: I still can't upload pictures here.

I can't seem to upload photos at all, as i get a critical error saying that the photo could not be moved to 'albums/userpics/10803/!'

I have attempted to contact Joe here and LG site, but still haven't returned his message yet.

It appears the site is full. I've tested the upload feature and it will work if after deleting a picture. I think the host for GoL might actually limited based off the number of files instead of the total file size.

We have chain of comment at https://www.lighting-gallery.net/index.php?topic=6147.0 there.  Seems that they are not responding to the administrator who hosted this site :(

Try deleting something and then reuploading.

The site probably exceeded the file count limit again. Please consider removing some pictures of low views and no comments in the meantime in order to upload.

I removed a page on July 31st, but that doesn't rectify this issue.

Can anyone contact the administrator on this site about this issue?
