Interesting read...

Normally, I would dismiss this as total hype, but unlike most crappy clickbait news articles found floating around the World Wide Web, this one is actually of substantial length and cites some specifics, such as color temperature, CRI, Ra, etc.  I haven't fact-checked it but would consider it fairly credible and something worth considering.  I'm not surprised about it though- LEDs for general lighting, particularly in places like home usage and schools/offices, haven't been around all that long relatively speaking, so we're just getting to finally study potential correlations of possible health effects a few years after their proliferation.

I'm sure many of you probably remember all the theories floated years ago about CFLs, when they first became prolific, and health effects of them, particularly EMF and "dirty electricity".  Similarly, you probably remember the craze about the then-new "Smart" digital electric meters (I myself legitimately believe that one but do your own research).
