Title: West Penn Power removes incandescent street lighting from their tariff

Despite the fact that West Penn Power stopped maintaining their incandescent street lights after December 31, 1989 and despite the fact that all of their remaining incandescent street lights were replaced with mercury vapor and high pressure sodium street lights in the late 80's and early 90's, it still remained on their tariff until now. LOL

Yeah NGrid still had incandescent and MV lights on their rate tariff as well. There are still incandescents and MVs in service in their territories though and in some special instances they were still maintained.
