Title: Comment box does not expand at the Gallery Pages

When I start making comments at the comments box at the Gallery page, it doesn't expands.  The browser I am using is Internet Explorer 9 64-bit.  I will test this at the Waterfox browser to see if it behaves differently.

Okay, I am now at the Waterfox 64-bit browser.  This browser have the feature that I can expand the comment box with the dotted arrow at the lower right corner.  Probably similar to Mozilla Firefox browser ???

Okay, I have tested the gallery page with Internet Explorer 10 32-bit with the same result with Internet Explorer 9 browser.

Appears to be a browser thing, the comment field expands when I use the site with either Google Chrome 51.0.2704.103 or Mozilla Firefox 47.0.

I will look at this with Internet Explorer 8 (I still have Windows XP on my old computer) :-[

I use Google Chrome and it expands just fine. Try Chrome if you want the box to expand. :-\

I know there is a computer that has Google Chrome installed.  I'll take a look at that.

It does expand at Google Chrome similar to what the Waterfox does.  You see the lower right corner that you click and hold to expand.

In the old days, I could click at the blank space at the comment section and it would automatically expand.  But, seem not doing that anymore :(

I tried with Internet Explorer 8 (Windows XP), it doesn't expands when I click on the comments box (Same with other version of Internet Explorer). :(

I tried Microsoft Edge browser at the comment dialog box at the gallery section, it doesn't expand when I click on the blank spot inside the field.  It won't expand when I tried to drag it.

In order to make the comment box bigger, click the bottom right corner and drag it downward. It doesn't expand automatically. Same thing for the posts here in the forum.

The new engine doesn't expand the comment on the gallery page either when using the Internet Explorer 11 32-bit ???

The comment bar no longer expands for Chrome either. Hasn't expanded since the site was re-done. :(
