Wow that sucks!
I bet they will be sorry that they scrapped the old and reliable magnetically ballasted HPS/MV/MH when those Toilet seat LEDS fail one by one by three at a time  ;D

Ick! National Grid flat-out said a year or so ago that they don't plan to offer any alternative lighting besides HPS in the "near future". Maybe in another 10 or 20 years when the fixtures costs come down.
