Here is a small article I came across, (yes its about a year old, I know) about switching the HPS in North bay all LED. Sounds like North Bay has gone full LED now.

As far as I can tell, Arnprior has gone to LED, and most of Kingston.

See http://www.utilitieskingston.com/streetlightupgrades.aspx

These are Ontario towns and it seems it's happening in Ontario in a big way. I have a cabin near the small town of Denbigh Ont and I noticed that too has gone to LED but didn't pass through the town to confirm. Nothing major in the way of changes in the city I live in, Montreal, and in Ottawa the city I drive though often.

The night sky at my cabin is slightly darker now by about .2 magnitutes. So yeah, this is good!

The whole city of Fall River Massachusetts has gone all LED (public ways only) I wish I knew what happened to all the old HPS fixtures, bulbs and photocells, Nothing has turned up on the local Craigslist yet.
