My favorite part was at the :59 mark with that string of Silver non-PE M-1000s, OV-50s, and if you look closely, incandescents. The poles, called "pendant arm" poles, were a mainstay in the City of Buffalo for many, many years. Because of age, they're gradually being phased out.
