 Dayburning GE 175W MV NEMA head  (http://goo.gl/maps/oKJDa) The thing was dayburning in 2010 too apparently and is still working and still pretty bright. Very buzzy though.

 The ONE and ONLY MV street light on Interstate 93 in NH!  (http://goo.gl/maps/FN86D) Not sure if it works... 400W MV GE M-400.
