Title: BT 25 HPS Lamps
Post by: joe_347V on January 28, 2013, 10:13:30 PM
They're not mercs but anyone here up for some BT-25 HPS lamps, I found three listings with them on the bay tonight.

50W Clear (http://www.ebay.com/itm/PHILIPS-CERAMALUX-C50S68-50WATT-55V-HIGH-INTENSITY-DISCHARGE-LAMP-NEW-/360525657009?pt=US_Light_Bulbs&hash=item53f100f3b1)

50W Coated (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-6-Philips-Ceramalux-C50S68-D-Diffuse-Coat-50-Watt-High-Pressure-Sodium-/160738014726?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item256cbb7606) It's in a lot of 6 though.

Unknown wattage, Clear (http://www.ebay.com/itm/PHILIPS-CERAMALUX-WESTINGHOUSE-LAMPS-BULB-/321046065563?pt=US_Light_Bulbs&hash=item4abfd6319b) Arctube looks like a 70 or a 100 watter though.

Well, it looks like the seller still has 9 lamps left and I think shipping to the US won't be as much as shipping to Canada (if the seller even does).

I guess finding a 50w ballast would be a bit hard though, it seems either 35w or 70w were more common than 50w.

For you a 50w ballast might by hard to find but 50W HPS fixtures are by the thousands here. I'd just need to get a fixture lol. Shipping for the clear 50W lamp is $6.50 for me. Shipping for the Feb. 1985 coated lamps is $8.99 and shipping for the other clear lamp is $4.99.

BTW, if anyone buys the case of six coated 50W HPS lamps i'll gladly pay the $10 plus the money to ship the lamp to me if you're willing! I don't need all six though, just one.

Ahh, if the seller is willing to ship to Canada I might get one of the clear ones. I remember it took around $10-15 to ship my two 100w mercs to Canada.
