The Lights at the Henry Ford off ramp of I-75 N are always broken.  Government says they must exist to protect our safety, yet this is what we get.

My Experience with compact fluorescent bulbs is that they don’t last as long as incandescent.  That does even take into account the fact that shortly after you begin using them, they begin to sizzle and flicker.
