Title: Forum Page Very slow

I noticed ever since the shoutbox was installed the forum page has been very slow at loading. :( Is this happening to others?

Odd I've only had slowdowns visiting the gallery.

As of the problem itself, I am experiencing this as well. However I isn't related to the shoutbox since I was actually happening from time to time before. The site being slow to load is probably caused by the server that hosts GoL.
