Looking for a Wall or a tall pack W/O ballast

I am looking for a tall or a wall pack light fixture just for the socket (Must be Medium base and pulse rated) and case pretty much the whole thing except the heavy ballast but it must be able to fit a 100 W M90 Metal Halide lamp and the ballast

I am looking to pay shipping only (But maybe a little more for your time or for a higher quality fixture)

The fixture will be going to Trumbull, Connecticut 06611 (To get a shipping idea)

Edit: I don't care if it Was HPS or MH, MV as I am going to put my own ballast in anyway

I'd contact Aaron (Alights) since he had quite a few wall packs. he could probably send you one without the ballast.
