Based off a topic in LG let's list our lowest and highest wattage lamps by type.
I'll start:
LED:
Highest: 12.5w Philips AmbientLED
Lowest: Some loose LEDs I have lying around xD
CFL:
Highest: 70w Heath Zenith
Lowest: 5w Sylvania PL
Fluorescent:
Highest: 95w Philips 8' HO (F96T12/HO/CW/EW)
Lowest: 1w night light
Incandescent:
Highest: 500w Sylvania mogul
Lowest: puny incandescent in alarm clock
Halogen:
Highest: 500w T3 (double ended)
Lowest: 10w MR11
HID lamps:
Mercury vapour:
Highest: 400w GE Bonusline clear
Lowest: 75w Sylvania /DX
Metal halide:
Highest: 1000w Sylvania
Lowest: 70w Sylvania
Ceramic metal halide:
70w Philips (only)
High pressure sodium:
Highest: 400w Sylvania
Lowest: various 35 watters
Low pressure sodium:
various 18w LPSs
Let's try to group the wattages by lamp type like in my example and try to post all lamp types in one post for the sake of organization.

Smallest incandescent bulb: Utah Pacific Light Bulb (http://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-34267), unknown wattage.
Largest incandescent bulb: General Electric EBW NO. B2 PhotoFlood Light Bulb (http://www.galleryoflights.org/mb/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-2614), 500 Watts.
Smallest fluorescent light: General Electric Nightlight for home (http://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-46994), 1.5 Watts.
Largest fluorescent light: General Electric Energy Smart 55 Watts Soft White CFL (http://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-60312), 55 Watts.
Smallest LED: Philips AccentLED (http://www.galleryoflights.org/mb/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-3359), 0.25 Watt
Largest LED: Philips AmbientLED (http://www.galleryoflights.org/mb/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-4825), 12.5 Watts

My lowest wattage lamp is probably the 15W incandescents I have. The highest being my 400W MV Sylvania lamp.

HIGH -1500 watt Sylvania MH
LOW - 35 watt CMH (have a few) (I did have a 20 watt CMH but donno where it is) Also don't forget a Philips 25 watt Self Ballasting PAR CMH I have
HIGH -1500 watt Sylvania Incandescent
LOW - A puny incandescent in a flashlight???
HIGH -1500 watt Panasonic Quartz Tubular halogen (277 volt)
LOW - A halogen inside a 6 volt flashlight? (it looks like krypton lamp but squarer envelope!)
HIGH -1000 watt GE MV /DX
LOW - 75 watt GE and a few other brand of MV
HIGH - 1000 watt HPS (Philips I think)
LOW - 35 watt Sylvania HPS
HIGH - 35 watt Philips LPS
LOW - Various of 18 watt LPS
HIGH - 16 watt Feit PAR-38 screw in LED
LOW - 4 watt GE screw in PAR 10 screw in LED or a puny LED in one of my electronic devices!!!!
