HEH. Lots of people don't even know that the reason lights go out is because an HPS lamp reaches EOL and cycles!

They blame it on themselves and also just think headlights.

You got a point there xD

And power companies like to jack up tariff rates too to cover their losses for lamp and ballast failures and don't want anything else to replace HPS.
