Title: Filming "Fast & Furious 7" here in ATL, they replaced HPS with MV?

Along Decatur Street in Downtown Atlanta, they are (or were) filming Fast & Furious 7, until Paul Walker passed away a few days ago (Rest in Peace). One thing I noticed immediately, however, were that the streetlights all along Decatur Street between Peachtree Street and Central Avenue had been replaced with clear bulbs that shine a very cool light, that looks to be at least 5000K if not higher. The job doesn't look exactly permanent, as some of the lenses are missing from the lights, but still, retrofitting a fixture like that I would imagine takes a lot of work, so I can't imagine the street crews are going to come behind them and convert them back.

The street looks totally different. It looks like the 70s or something. They did the same thing on Forsyth Street between Poplar and Peachtree. My question is, does anyone know about this? I'm trying to figure out if it's actually high colour temperature Ceramic Metal Halide lights or something like that, that the city is considering a conversion to, and it just happened to coincide with the filming of the movie. I will take pictures and upload them later, but it really looks nice. If there are any ATL residents on here, i would recommend checking it out; downtown is pretty safe at night nowadays, and the lights make a difference.
