Nice find Dave! The OV14Bs are even a rare find here in Ontario too. BTW I found a old ad for it here (http://www.dairyriver.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/Streetlight-compressed.pdf#page=11) (page 11 if it dosen't load to it directly).

Thanks for the link Joe! Looks obivious from this ad that Westinghouse did indeed sell the OV-14B in the USA. Apparently the OV-14B was made from 1957 to 1962 then the OV-12 replaced it. Then the OV-15 came out in 1965.
