the M-250R2s all look brand-new yet oddly enough they don't work and are being replaced with those hideous Holophane barrell shaped lights.

Mike, I'm the one who posted that........ :D :P . Yea I know they are hideous. If I ever see one around here I'll do a little target practice on it.. LoL. You mean the GE's they just put up aren't working? That's unusual . I though that's what they were replacing the Holophanes with.

They were replacing the M-250r2s with Holophane lights but did you look at the row of R2s? They were all shiney like new! :o

NO, Those were the replacements for the Holophane's .Thats why they look so new because they are. if you watch the video they take down that huge A frame arm with the Holophane  on it and replace it with the shorter bracket with an R2 on it, it's the first shot of the segment.
