you can get some for you from here  http://www.lamps-on-line.com (go to the ULTRAVIOLET secshon and yes I know there in the UK but they shod ship to the us)

Double the price in GBP and you will get close to what it will cost including P&P. Save a little more for customs.

I wonder if there are any currently listed on eBay, I've never came across such a lamp though, all of the preheat T5 BLBs are hard to find here.
