Title: Spaulding 90W LPS Streetlight

I don't know if you guys still remember them but the Spaulding Lighting Palomar 90w LPS lights (http://www.ebay.com/itm/230722246495?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649) are still for sale on eBay. I'm not sure if the seller ships outside the US though and it will come to around $110 with shipping...still a good deal since the ballast usually costs more than that. Note the fixture does not include a lamp so you'll need to buy one. It does include a PC for some reason.

Hmm. Interesting how in the listing he says "photo receptcale included less cell" even though there is clearly an ALR box in the light lol. Maybe it's a shorting cap? :-\

Yes it is a shorting cap.
