Found this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Westinghouse-OV-25-400watt-mercury-vapor-streetlight-1950S-NEW-BULB-STARTER-/120831985154?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c2225c602) OV 25 on eBay today, looks it's in pretty good condition but it's a bit on the pricey side.

This is in EXCELLENT condition for it's age.  :D Funny how he said new starter. It's mercury vapor lol. $99 and $68 to ship though. :o :(

I wonder what kind of lamp is inside, it looks like it's a BT shaped lamp.

Also these merc lamps (http://www.eyelighting.com/ss/EQS-N-52-84-00050.pdf) need a starter, they're pulse start. :o

Yep a clear BT-37 lamp. It looks like the electrode areas of the arc tube are brownish, so the lamp probably has light hours although not new...
