Title: Overnight Flashing Operation

10:00PM to 7:00AM is set for overnight flashing mode. Basement lights are off to "simulate" the night feel.

Also--the cabinet was unlocked and opened to see all the blinky indicators that are much more prominent with the basement lights off.
