Anyone knows of this company?
Their products are very known and popular in Israel.
There is an aggressive marketing of their "Amalgam" helical CFL lamp is Israel, in a similar manner that the Commodore 64 personal computer marketed (Everywere), as an environmently friendlier lamp.
This amalgam lamp produce 100% full brightness immediately after cold ignition (First turning on)
From why "medved" said me there is possible that, in addition of the run-up amalgams near the electrodes, the ballast overdrives the lamp during the cold cathode mode of its instant starting mothed (Similar to HID headlights in cars). But there is also possible that this israelis marketing of this lamp that called "Hyundai TEVA" or "Hyndai AMALGAM" in Israel, that is even contributed by the Council for the beauty of Israel, is a false marketing.
