Ouch. Shocked 1968 is very old though, you're lucky to have this lamp. $40 would have been to much for me. After all, at the time of the auction, I wasn't getting a 100w fixture so I wouldn't even be able to operate it. I'm very tempted to get a BT-25 Phillips lamp though...... Very Happy

Oddly I have no MV lamps from the 70s, all of my old ones are either from the 60s or 80s.

I have a 100w merc yardlight but I can't run this in it without changing the socket so it sits on my computer centre along with this lamp as decorations. Very Happy
