It is officially rated for two voltages, or it is your recalculation?

These are like the long life Incan. bulbs, but better quality.

They are 130v lamps designed for surge protection and elevated voltage regions. Since in many cases 130v lamps are used on 120v, values on both voltages are published.

I don't think it make sense to use 130V incandescents, where the voltage is typically 120V, i think it would be cheaper to buy five "120V/75W" instead of two "130V/100W" and save the nearly 100kWhours of electricity...

Yeah, but in some applications (say stairwells with high ceilings) long life is required over brightness...
