My Hyundai amalgam helical CFL operating

In this picture, it is on my table lamp. Today it is on my hanging ceiling fixture.
This lamp uses instant on amalgam technology, by placing the amalgam onto the electrodes and by overdriving the lamp for a brief amount of time, to get the mercury release from the amalgam and diffuse inside the tube in less the time that required to tungsten filament to warm up, without negatively affecting the life of the lamp.
This lamp was as a part of a national project of collecting old incandescent lamps and recive this lamp in lower cost in Israel.
This is the first time that i saw an amalgam based CFL that lit at full brightness instantly. Because of this, i became panic and thought that this is a deceit and that they're trying to market us a CFL with liquid mercury as an amalgam, liquid mercury free CFL, until a member of LG said me of the mothed of the instant on amalgam technology i described above, after i show him my video of this lamp turning on.
