Aw man I'm sorry to hear that. These things are SOOO nice to look at. Laughing Razz

BTW Fedex says theres an issue delivering the package? Said "Customer not available or business closed". Says they'll reattempt tomorrow. But says the box is in Denta, BC, not Abbotsford. Question
ZarlogH46   [Apr 20, 2018 at 02:58 AM]
What package?
lite_lover   [Apr 21, 2018 at 08:55 AM]
@ Mike: Yes they are soo nice to look at Laughing I noticed there are even more LED that have been installed in the last few weeks. Confused Ah yes the gates were locked lol, the tracking stated that the package would be delivered by the end of the day Thursday so I didn't expect them to arrive early instead lol, FedEx arrived first thing in the morning but the gates weren't opened yet. I opened up first thing Friday morning and they delivered the package! I didn't get a chance to open it up yet, I will tomorrow. Very Happy FedEx has their main terminal in Delta, so I guess the truck went back there overnight.

@ ZarlogH46: I received a package from Mike. Wink

This thing is sooooo ugly, it looks like a shovel and a brother of the Durastar! Laughing

I call these shovels, because they look like one! Laughing Laughing Razz

It's time for me to post this again:

I still remember in 2008 or 2009 someone posted a picture of a early Leotek streetlight and it literally looked like a shovel. Laughing

I sorta gotten used to the blandness of LED streetlights now that they're basically all over the GTA but I still miss the drop lens cobras that they replaced. Not sure about HPS though, I didn't really like the yellow. Laughing

Sweet! Glad it arrived in perfect shape. Very Happy Now you can fire that 320W PSMH lamp up on your new M-400A2 and bask in the white glow. Cool Laughing
ZarlogH46   [Apr 24, 2018 at 02:03 AM]
Were the package contents by any chance a 320w PSMH lamp?
lite_lover   [Apr 25, 2018 at 04:15 AM]
@ Mike: Yes I will have to fire up that 320W lamp! Cool

@ ZarlogH46: The contents of the package is the fixture that runs a 320W PSMH lamp. Very Happy
streetlight98   [Apr 25, 2018 at 09:30 PM]
@ Zarlog: I sent Darren an M-400A2 identical to my 320W PSMH restored one (off the same pole actually!). They were originally 400W HPS, 277V with no PC socket. They were converted to 320W PSMH while in service in the early 2000s. Then they were removed for LED shoeboxes and I saved them. Both got PC sockets added, were rewired for 120V (thankfully the PSMH replacement ballasts were multi tap), and got new paint. McCann Lighting labels were added as well and I had red "32" NEMA tags made for them. Technically the tag should be half white but the solid red looks better IMO and the early PSMH tags were actually solid red like the probe stat MH. GE used to just add a white label that said "PULSE START" near the NEMA tag.
