Your welcome Mike Very Happy I ordered these cause I was curious to see a electronic instant-response photocontrol for myself. They're kinda unique since a few second delay is usually standard with electronic photocontrols.

Yeah the early electronic PCs were instant response. I have a Ripely from 1983 that's instant response and one from the 90s that is too.

Yeah it's pretty cool. I just don't really care for the shade of blue that they are. I would like them better if they were a brighter blue instead of the dark greyish blue. But they are dark like that so that light doesn't shine through the cover, only through the window.

Yeah i like the older cream colored 120V PCs and baby blue colored mvolt PCs. Also, I've noticed that open caps are now red instead of orange. They used to be orange as to not get confused with 240V PCs but I guess since they're so uncommon now red is okay for open caps but I'd prefer orange...

Well 240V PC's are actually maroon, and shorting caps are red. But I could see where the confusion would come from since red and maroon are basically almost the same color.

Well that's like saying this PC is navy blue. 240V PCs are supposed to be red just like how dark blue PCs are really supposed to be lighter. And open caps are supposed to be orange. I have an open cap from the 80s that is orange. and I have one that's a few years old and it's red.
