Preheater Labels Here's some labels I've made for a F40 preheater rebuild. Note the warning label reminding the user to replace the starters and that preheaters only work with 40w lamps. The other labels are used to remind the user which type of fuse to use and to show the rebuild date. Keywords: Drawings_/_Wire_Diagrams_/_Spec_Designs_/_Etc.

Preheater Labels

Hmm is this for the light I'm sending you? If so it should have McCann Lighting labels since i'm repainting it (just kidding) lol. Razz Laughing

Possibly, Razz I'm going to put the 347v label next to the McCann Lighting label to show that the electrical components were installed by me. Razz Laughing

Oh so you really want me to put on ML tags? I wasn't going to but I will if you want! The fixture was restored in partnership with ML and 347v Elec. Cool

Yeah, ML services the US and 347v Electric services Canada...

Sure. Razz Laughing ML serves the Canadian and US markets but we currently don't have any represenatives or distributors in Canada so 347v Electric is our carrier (if Joe's okay with it... Cool ) BTW, i repainted the RMA today. Came out sort bleh but it's alright i guess... I think i coated it too think since it started to run a bit... I'll take it in tonight and reassemble it sometime this week. BTW, I did make a ML restored light tag for it to go inside like you had suggested earlier. Cool

Cool, can we see a pic of the finished product? Also a pic of the Lifeguard lamp's etch would be interesting...
And can you get pics of those blacklight lamps you got?

@ Andy; sure, pics to come! the etch is faint on the BT25 though so i'm not going to try getting a shot of the etch.
@ Joe; man this fixture is going to look like a billboard with all the labels going on it lol. It's going to have three or four ML labels on top of these lol. BTW, you need a logo Joe! Cool

That means i don't have to paint it lol. I think I have to buy more paint since i don't think i have enough for it...

Laughing I think some older fluorescent fixtures had a bunch of labels on them too. And oddly it seems newer fixtures have a ton of labels too. Maybe I should make a modern If the lamp is marked (Hg) then it contains mercury label to it too. Razz

yeah newer fixture have way more labels because there are more and more idiots out there in today's world then there were back in the 60s per say. Razz Laughing I think all the extra warning can be put on a ML/347vE instructions sheet. Cool Do you have a logo you want me to use or do you just want me to use the nameplate with the name and everything else cropped out?

Hehe I don't have a logo but you can use the one on the name plate. I have a un scaled down version I can send you though.
