These two companies are probably commercial electricity companies.
In Israel, most of the electricity comes from "The Electricity Company of Israel" which is a governmental institution. There are also small private electricity manufacturers on several small settlements. But all of them only produces electricity.
The streetlighting installed in small settlements by the regional councils, in the townships by the townships themselves and in cities and intercity roads by companies of the Menora group.

Jace, when i say "commercial electricity company", i don't means which targets the company powers.
i means that the electricity company isn't operated by the government as a governmental organization or by the administration of the settlement, but it operated as a commercial company with all its implications, that isn't related to the operation of the settlement or the government, and as so, the level of the service from such type of elecricity company is more apparent of example, like other types of commercial companies.
In Israel, the majority of the electricity supplied by "The Electrical Company of Israel", which despite its name isn't a company at all, but a governmental organization.
There are also some private electricity suppliers in Israel, in areas far from cities, but still they aren't considered companies.

The OVH are already drooping. Rolling Eyes I like the job on the left better. Good arms, lights and poles look better too.

Huh. All of DFW uses one company and that's ONCOR. They provide lines, private area lighting, streetlighting, and I think they do traffic signals.

There used to be a bunch of smaller utility companies here but their parent companies were bought out by National Grid, our current electric company.
