Hi Darren, the problem was in using tags "streetlight Europe HPS".
After deleting these tags, it disappeared from MissRiaEllaine's album (she probably uses the same tags).

It's quite unusual to see a lamp protruding from the lantern corner.
The dirt inside indicates some problems with sealing.
