Suspended LPS Fixture
Found this interesting LPS fixture at a old bus garage. The LPS fixture looks like a 180w unit and is remote ballasted. I didn't know that they made can ballasts for LPS at one point. Anyway the ballast appears to be a older Advance model.

neat. is there a chance those are HPS byspassing an abandoned LPS set up?

The cobraheads are HPS but the suspended fixture is definitely LPS.

It's the only LPS fixture remaining on the property too. The arms with the HPS 125s had LPS fixtures back in the 90s.

Before that I think they had B2217s, there's a couple of indentical arms on the other side of the property with B2217s. And before those lights, it had gumballs.

Ahh lol, speaking of suspended LPS, there was a huge installation of suspended LPS on A-40 outside of Montreal.

Unfortunately it has been replaced with high mast in the latest Streetview. Confused
