These LED fixtures don't look bad. What utility worked on this light? The fiberglass pole seems that it would be fragile.

We have had fiberglass in here for a long time....and Ian...use common sense...I said near Baltimore......

And we have some Fiberglass in service since the 70s...in matter of fact I have noticed the newer fiberglass like this one is actually STRONGER than the older ones....but the older ones stills stands....we have fiberglass poles ALL OVER see here and see here longer arms and we have them on like 90 percent of the posttops.....they have been good to us...unless someone hits it...they are lighter to pick up and replace Wink The only reasons the fiberglass falls when I see it is if the linemen does terrible job direct burying them or more commonly a car accident hits one! At least light weight pole wont hurt other people Wink

Those LEDs at night actually LOOKED great!!!!!!!! I have a night shot which probably will be posted later tonight if I get enough interests in those pics Wink

These aren't bad looking LED's. I bet the design of them makes good lighting distribution. I do want to see a night shot of these, even though nothing would beat seeing the lights lit up at night in person.

But we don't have the money to head on 70 all the way there 1000 miles. xD

What is the fixture made of?

This light isn't bad looking. I actually like this design. And I haven't heard anything bad about them. I wonder what the average cost of one of these is.

I'm happy i haven't seen any LED street lights. Razz It means LED is fenced out of Rhode island. For now.....

Those were also one of the good lighting ones.....those didn't look too bad on the poles.....the GE ones were a bit too flat looking...but hey you could carry a lot more flat GEs in a bucket truck!
