There's also a nice looking relay on one of the poles...but apparently its disconnected..

I think this GE actually has a tag on the other side...not sure, but there's another setup exactly like this a few blocks away with the same style GE and it did have the oval tag on the side!

I will try to arrange that, however...maybe not on the EXACT pinpoint spot spot, but on median, or on either side of the road, since I can't disrupt the traffic....I will speak with my friend who lives in this area...

I have a nightshot of a few clamshells from this same road lit...though
